Staff Profile
David R. Dracup, MBA, CPA, CGMA
CEO
David has worked as an accountant for over 30 years. Running his own CPA practice for over 20 years. He has also served as a CFO of a large company and as a COO for another company. He has provided tax planning and preparation for individuals and large and small companies. David has helped start companies and guide companies through their growth phase. He has also assisted companies and their owners through the exit phase. He has consulted on both the acquisition side and the sales side of mergers and acquisitions. This experience gives him the hands-on experience to coach and help business owners position their companies for growth and owner transitions. He believes that the client always wins first and foremost regardless of the situation.
He currently lives in Cary with his wife, Cindy and 2 daughters and he has 3 other children grown and on their own. He is an avid reader and enjoys coaching soccer and playing golf. He is active as a member of his church.
David is a member of the NC Association of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs and its tax section and not for profit section
